Bus., Founder and Global Chief Executive of Malichi Group Worldwide (MGW); confirm that: (___________________________________________) based in Country of Origin:(_________________________________) is duly appointed as an Authorized Representative to Find; global strategic partners, deals, and projects in the Trade and Services; Oil, Gas, and Mining; Global Trade Financing sectors; Refer; principals of small-and-medium-sized enterprises, chief decision-makers, and government leaders to MGW’s international strategic advisory and counsel, private coaching, strategy and international business development, facilitating trade and investment linkages, and sourcing financial transaction services; Promote; MGW Export University, and speaker services; Identify receivables funding and purchase order financing deals on behalf of MGW.
(_________________________________________) is authorized to obtain and request those documents and other data required by MGW to conduct due-diligence, assess, evaluate, and validate bona-fide deals and projects in the aforementioned sectors; and buyer’s or seller’s capabilities who intend to engage any of MGW global services.

MGW recommends that all businesses, governments, investors, and individuals understand the trade requirements for their sector or business segment prior to contacting MGW.
All decisions regarding the acceptance of any offer or final approval of engagement of MGW global services shall be approved solely by Dr. Malichi. Commissions and/or Fees due (____________________________________) will be paid by MGW. This position is not a salary job. Commission only! Authorized Representative is responsible for their own taxes.
