January 21, 2016. Dr. Toby Malichi, (a current member), was the first person ever to bring the White House Business Council and Business Forward to the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana. The Trade Roundtable on TPP and other trade-related issues featured a senior-level Secretary from The White House Administration who was one of the key negotiators of the agreement during the final rounds of negotiations. Dr. Toby Malichi holds the distinction of being one of the youngest district managers in the history of General Motors Corporation (GM) / Chevrolet Motor Division and was the youngest division manager at age 23 for then GM/Frigidaire Division. During his tenure, Dr. Malichi survived a near fatal car accident and spent several months in a critical care burn unit.
